Contact

One address, read by a person. There is no ticket system, no chat widget and no phone number, because there is no support department — this is a small operation, and pretending otherwise would only make the wait feel like a bug.

Write to

ziga@flisko.si

Anything at all — name removals, money, privacy, press, bugs. It all goes to the same place and it is all read.

What to write about, and what to include

Every one of these lands in the same inbox. The line under each says the one thing to put in the email so it can be acted on without a round trip.

Getting a name taken down

Yours or somebody else’s. Say which name and roughly where you saw it — the feed, a leaderboard, or a grave. We replace it with [removed] everywhere it appears. The boss, the damage and the grave stay, because they record an event rather than a person, and a removal is not a refund.

Anything to do with money

A charge you do not recognise, a payment that went through with no smacks arriving, a duplicate. Send the Stripe session id — it is in the address bar of the receipt page you landed on, after session_id= — or the date and amount from your card statement. Read the terms first: all sales are final and smacks are not refundable, and the honest reason to write anyway is that a broken payment is a different thing from a change of mind, and we do fix those.

Privacy requests

Access, correction, erasure, objection, a portable copy — all of it. The privacy page lists exactly what exists to ask for. Because there are no accounts, include the display name you used or the Stripe session id, or we will have nothing we can identify as yours.

Press, and people who want to write about this

Say what you are writing and when it goes out. Screenshots of the site, the bosses and the graveyard are fine to use without asking. Questions get answered straight, including the ones about how much this makes.

Bugs

What you did, what happened instead, and which browser. If you saw an error with a request id in it, that one string is worth more than a paragraph of description — it points at the exact line in our logs. A hit that was charged but did not land is always worth reporting.

What we cannot do

Saying it here saves everybody a week.

  • We cannot restore smacks lost with your browser data. There is no account and no password, so nothing proves a wallet was yours. That is the trade explained in the privacy page, clause 08, and no amount of email changes it.
  • We cannot reverse a purchase because you changed your mind. Where the law where you live gives you a right a contract cannot remove, that right stands and we will honour it — write and say so.
  • We cannot tell you who somebody on the leaderboard is. We do not know. There is no email, no account and no identity behind a display name, which is the whole design.
  • We cannot put a name back once it has been removed, or reserve a name for you. Names are typed at checkout, one purchase at a time.

Everything else is already written down

Most questions have a page, and the page is more precise than a reply would be: the rules for how damage, crits, momentum and the free-smack cap actually work; the terms for what you are buying; privacy for what is stored; about for what this is and who runs it. If a page is wrong or unclear, that is worth an email on its own.

How long a reply takes

Expect a few days. One person reads this inbox, between everything else, and there is no rota covering weekends.

Anything about a name or about money is answered first, because both are somebody waiting on a thing that matters. Press and bugs come after. If a week has gone by with no reply at all, send it again rather than assuming you were ignored — a message that never arrived looks exactly like one that was.

The site is operated by Flisko — Informacijske storitve, Žiga Flis s.p., in Slovenia. There are no prizes and no payouts of any kind, so no email will ever ask you for a payment, a wallet address or your card details — and neither will we. If one appears to, it is not from us.
