Terms
Short, because there is not much to agree to. Read it anyway — it is the entire deal, and none of it is hidden anywhere else.

What you are buying
This site sells smacks. A smack is a digital entertainment good: one swing at the piñata currently strung up here. You buy them in packs, they are added to your balance the moment Flisko — Informacijske storitve, Žiga Flis s.p. receives confirmation of payment from Stripe, and delivery is complete at that moment. Swinging is the product. There is nothing else in the box.
Every price on this site is the final price. No tax is added at checkout and no VAT is charged on any purchase: Exempt from charging VAT under Article 287 of Directive 2006/112/EC. VAT is not accounted, as the operator is not identified for VAT. The amount shown on the pack is the amount that reaches your card statement. Prices are charged in US dollars, so if your card is in another currency your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee — that part is between you and them.
There are no prizes and no payouts of any kind.
Nothing of value is ever won, awarded, credited or paid out on this site — not money, not goods, not vouchers, not tokens, not anything. This is not gambling. It is not a lottery, a raffle, a sweepstake, or a contest with a prize. Money moves in one direction only: from you, to us, in exchange for smacks. If you are paying in the hope of getting something back, do not pay.
Smacks have no value, and all sales are final
- Smacks have no cash value. They are not money, credit, currency, securities or property, and they cannot be redeemed for any of those.
- Smacks cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged, and cannot be moved between browsers, devices or people.
- Smacks cannot be refunded and cannot be exchanged. All sales are final: once a pack is delivered the purchase is complete and will not be reversed.
- Unused smacks expire 180 days after your most recent purchase. Buying another pack in the same browser adds it to the smacks already there and resets that clock on the whole balance. Expired smacks are gone, and are not refunded.
Where the law where you live gives you refund or withdrawal rights that a contract cannot take away, those rights stand. Nothing here is an attempt to remove them.
The engraving is a name on a page
When a boss dies, the display name attached to the smack that killed it is shown on that boss’s grave in the graveyard. That is the whole of it: a name, displayed on a web page.
It is not ownership, property, an asset, a licence, a certificate, a title, or a right of any kind. It carries no monetary value and no other value. It cannot be bought on its own, sold, transferred, inherited or redeemed for anything, and it is not a prize. We intend to keep the graveyard up for as long as this site exists, which is a statement of intent and not a guarantee.
Display names are public
Stripe collects a display name from you at checkout. That name is published: in the live hit feed, on the damage leaderboard, and — if you land a killing blow — on the grave. Treat the box as a billboard. Do not put an address, an email, a phone number, anything private, or anything about another person into it.
Flisko — Informacijske storitve, Žiga Flis s.p. may edit or remove any display name at any time, at our discretion and without notice. Names that impersonate a real person or organisation, or that are obscene, hateful, harassing or abusive, will be edited or removed. Having a name changed or removed does not entitle you to a refund: you have already received the smacks you paid for.
The game can change, and it can end
The boss, its health, its abilities, how much damage a smack does, the contents and prices of packs, the leaderboard, the graveyard, and every other part of the game may be changed, rebalanced, paused or removed at any time, without notice. Nothing on this site is a promise that any of it will work the same way tomorrow.
We may also suspend or end the service entirely, at any time, for any reason. Unused smacks are not refunded if that happens. If we shut the site down deliberately we will try to say so here first, but that is a courtesy and not an obligation.
There are no accounts — your wallet lives in this browser
You do not sign up, and we do not know who you are. Your smacks are held against a token stored in this browser. That token is the only thing connecting you to what you bought.
So, plainly: if you clear your site data, use private browsing, switch browser, switch device, or your browser evicts its own storage, your unspent smacks are gone. We cannot restore them. That is not us being difficult — there are no accounts, no passwords, and no way for us to identify you as the person who bought them. A Stripe receipt proves that a payment was made; it does not prove which browser the smacks belong to. Nothing lost this way is refundable.
Buy on the browser you actually intend to play on, and do not buy a large pack you plan to spend slowly over months.
Payments
All payments are taken by Stripe on our behalf, on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see, receive or store your card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy govern the payment itself.
By paying, you confirm that you are old enough to use the payment method you are using and that it is yours to use.
Who we are, and which law applies
This site is operated by Flisko — Informacijske storitve, Žiga Flis s.p.. Questions, complaints, and requests to remove a name go to ziga@flisko.si, and are read by a person.
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version published here at the time of a purchase is the one that governs it.
Buying smacks means you agree to all of the above. If you do not agree with any part of it, do not buy — the free smacks stay free, and you can close the tab whenever you like.
